Excellent service by Refilwe. I couldn't find the store in the mall and I called the store she stayed on the phone with me and directed me straight to the store. Once I found my parcel she said that if it doesn't fit that I must call her immediately and she will find a bigger size for me. She has been amazing and truly a gem to the store. Her bubbly personality and authentic makes you want to come back to the store. When you go to the store ask specifically for Refilwe

Went there to exchange sizes , but enedup buying more items . That's how great the service is .

Very unwelcoming attitude of staff. As they wanted to get rid of customer. Sandton Guess lazy staff need to be changed

This store is un welcoming, the staff are un interested. It was as if my wife and I were invisible. Possibly causes we were dressed down in our morning run attire. I Would not ever return for anything. Spend my money elsewhere.

Store temporarily shut down. However, it's not indicated on Google. It was a waste of time.
