Orient jewellers has been around for many years, it’s a family owned store that provides you with a friendly experience. The store is situated in the Oriental Plaza. When it comes to value for money and that extra touch of personal services this is a must visit place to ensure you get what you want without the hassle or the fuss. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and provide you with expert advice. The service is the reason why they have been in business for so many years. The advice based on budget and needs as well and have a large variety of watches and jewelry perfect for every occasion.
Visited them in March 2020 before lockdown. Called them in Sept 2020 to inquire about a product I saw there in March, Mohamed was extremely helpful and efficient and had found the item I was referring too. He kept the item aside for me and my fiance flew we're based in CT in on 25 sept to buy the item. My fiance was also impressed with the service he received from Mohamed when he got to the store!
I was very impressed with the service my husband and I experienced at Orient Jewellers. They went out of their way to obtain the necklace I was looking for. Their price was a great deal less than the same item at jewellers at the Cresta Centre. I will definitely shop there again.

Always have a variety of jewelry available including imported pieces and unique pieces ... Always provides service with a smile and always willing to meet you halfway with regards to prices and sizing options... wide variety of prestigious watches and pens also available there...
Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent service. Just be aware of Muslim operating hours as they do close for prayer. Positive experience overall
