My 6 month old daughter was admitted with Covid. The nurses were so caring, helpful and accommodating. I definitely recommend Busamed Modderfontein!! The last time we were here is when my little one was born and the service then was amazing! Thank you to the nurses, support staff and doctors!!!
Terrible experience at Busamed Modderfontein out patients. As extremely worried parents we took our 7 month old into out patients as her fever was not dropping. She had only been sick from the morning and we went into the hospital at 3pm. The nurse had checked her temperature to find it was now in the normal range. DR OPEDUN was consulting, and he told us that our daughter needed to be admitted to hospital immediately, she has bronchitis, she needs blood tests, she needs chest x-rays, she could have sepsis and if we leave the hospital 'anything' could happen to her at any minute. What type of a doctor would tell worried parents such awful things without further examination. All he did was listen to her chest. We did not admit her, took her to Linksfield where we were told that her chest sounds fine, she may have a viral infection, was given suppositories for her fever and 3 days later was fully recovered. How can a doctor give such an incorrect diagnosis, seems like it was more of a money making scheme. I even looked at the attending nurse for some confirmation on what the doctor had just told us and she just shrugged her shoulders. I would never use this hospital again.
This hospital is amazing. I have never experienced any hospital with such friendly, loving, caring staff members from the Dr to the sisters to right to the cleaning staff. Excellent, excellent, excellent!! Keep up the great work. You have taken the hospital experience to the next level.
This is a new hospital located in Modderfontein. I suggest following my location setting, else Google maps will send you outside of appropriate range. This hospital has orthopaedic specialists that are absolutely amazing. They were able to save the arm of a colleague which was at risk of being amputated. 4 operations later and he will be discharged soon with a fully functional arm. This hospital is new and clean, almost looking like a hotel. My new favourite hospital and well within range !
Went to casualty, first of two patients in a queue. The nurse took vitals then placed me a room where a doctor would have to attend to me. Had to wait over an hour for assistance from a doctor. A general laizes fairre response throughout the ward, I could see a whole lot staff but what they were busy with exactly, I couldn't say. Don't come here if ever you're in need of emergency care.
Very poor. The Dr who admitted me did not arrive to see me until 6 pm the day after I was admitted. I have had to see multiple other doctors now due to this delay in treatment. I would definitely suggest going to another hospital. I tried to leave but was told I had to sign a document saying I was refusing treatment - I was longing for treatment but the Dr - ZONDI - who was meant to treat me was in KZN?!
Fantastic hospital with friendly staff and wonderful Doctors, I'd highly recommend them. My husband was in now for 3 days from the ER to the ward and they were definitely one of the best hospital's I've ever been to....Thank you to everyone in the Surgical ward....
The hospital is clean and most staff are polite. I have one issue though is that there is NO visiting hours in the evening. How ae family members expected to see loved ones in hospital when they also work during the day. Not great where this is concerned
Worst experience at a hospital. Waited 5 hours at casualty, to be told to come back the next day. Waited another 3 hours for radiology. No doctors available to assist. Really disappointed.
Busamed wow what can i say your the best the stuff are excellent and caring they do they work whit such passion and love all off you are stars you handle me with love and compassion never in the 32days off my treatment were you guys not friendly always a smile on your face and i love you for that Antoinette
