We would like to thank the entire Bushwa team for their hospitality. We were welcomed by a warm and ever accomodating team that went out of their way to make our daughter's 21st an unforgetable memory. The food was excellent and the home made cake the chef made for us unbelievable. We will definitely see Bushwa and its friendly team again.

Had an amazing weekend at Bushwa Lodge. The lodge is built high on a koppie with spectacular views over the surrounding area. Great food, attentive service and only a 2 hour drive from Gauteng. Highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5

A big thank you to Nicola, Moses, CJ and Elizabeth and her team in the kitchen, they all exceeded all our expectations this weekend.. from the time we checked in on Friday 3 Dec until we departed on Sunday their friendliness and professional service made us feel right at home. Moses made the game drives extra special. He is a true professional. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his job and we gained so much additional information about the bush that made it so much more enjoyable ..Elizabeth and her team in the kitchen catered to all my special dietary requirements and the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Nicola and her team made us feel like we are part of the family and there was absolutely nothing that was too much effort. The synergy amongst the staff was a joy to behold. The decor and layout of accommodation facilities was absolutely luxurious we thoroughly enjoyed the fact that we could experience the tree tent close to the watering hole as well as a beautiful chalet with a view to die for over the game lodge. We were thoroughly spoilt by the staff and would definitely return in future.well done keep up the good work!

Such a wonderful place to kick of a new year. One couldn’t thank the team enough! Expect world class service from Nicola, knowledgeable game drives with Moses and mouthwatering meals from Elizabeth. Will definitely be back again!

Luxurious, breathtaking and exclusive. Our time at Bushwa was one of the most enjoyable holiday experiences we've ever had. The chalets bring comfort above and beyond, with only the best views. The staff are awesome and fun loving and truly made our stay outstanding. The food was beyond our expectations, with clear passion from the Chef. Cannot wait to go back. Highly recommended!

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing interest filled 3 days at Bushwa lodge. The chef - Elizabeth prepared really great dinners. I celebrated my 70th birthday at Bushwa and the attention to detail to make this a memorable occasion was noteworthy. The location of the lodge is slightly far from the beaten track but if one goes for a bush holiday then getting there is part of the holiday.

What an amazing weekend away spot! The staff is absolutely professional but with a very friendly side. They make you feel at home the moment you arrive. Lorraine Stiaan and Elizabeth are absolute gems! If you need a break I strongly recommend Bushwa Private Game Lodge.

We went for our one year wedding anniversary. It is a very intimate lodge with a personal touch by the staff. They truly care about your needs and wellbeing. The food is great and prepared with love. It is all inclusive except for drinks. Two game drives a day. The room we had was lovely, secluded with a private patio. No aircon. I definitely recommend.

Einfach umwerfend - really nice place and highly, revommended. One of our group lost his cell phone and everybody was busy looking for it. Finally the ranger and the manager found it on the way of the last sunset drive in the bush. So much effort is really seldom and we say thank you. Besides that, everybody took effort for us to feel comfortable and the massages were exeptional. And also the good was great. At this lodge everything is perfect. We are sure to come back as soon as possible. A really nice place and the rooms were exeptional. Thank you very much for a really good stay. Of course we will recommend you!
