Booked the suite only to find that one of the basin is not draining water and the cleaner just didn’t clean it. Went further to book a Spar treatment only to be exposed to a cold shower after body exfoliation. Sleepers and gowns at the spar were very old and torn. On the second room the kids slept without a duvet cover for the 2 days. There is a need for supervision

We come to eat in restaurant 11h55 they still busy mopping but resturant open at 12hoo dont want us to sit in restaurant and dont even ask if we want to drink somethingService: 1/5

Pay for cable car ride, when we wanted to take the ride being told it is load shedding understandible..... but no communication to reception. Eventually arriving on top....no food available for 1.5 hours as they had load shedding.Service: 1/5

Great place to wind down and relax. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, food was quite basic, rooms were clean and spacious towels had a few stains however, overall services was good.Rooms: 4/5

If you love the Waterberg. This is it. Awesome golf course, Sunning club house and good people, what more could you wish for?Rooms: 4/5

We booked three rooms for the weekend and had an amazing time. The staff from reception, to catering, cable cart, swimming poop and massage parlor was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, I do however think they an improve on the cleanliness of their towels. The menu was slightly outdated/problematic as there were a few meals that we could not eat because they were out of stock. My girls had a beautiful time during the walks we took - scenic, fresh air and serene.

Very bad service and the workers especially reception are very room, requested an iron from 6am i even left the room with unironed clothes imagine. Forever waitedService: 1/5

Honestly, bad experience. No food and drinks available. Breakfast included, but no stock on menu available. Staff not very helpful or friendly. Waited a long time for service. Rooms very clean, neat. Would not recommend.Rooms: 4/5

My favourite place on weekends. Nice place to sit back and relax. I normally book by the houses, I would also recommend the hotel rooms. In winter they run a nice special that includes a spa treatment or round of golf.
