Cafe Chicago

Firstly, the fact that they have merged with Rock n Soul was a mistake. Secondly, they are obviously under-staffed and cannot deal with the sheer amount of customers they are now having to serve. We waited over an hour for 3 simple breakfast orders. Our waitress did not once check up on us to see if we needed other drinks etc. Eventually when our food arrived our orders were missing items eg. Bacon with our French toast I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a place to stop and have a quick breakfast. Highly disappointed, we will most definitely not be eating here again.

What a huge disappointment! Arrived there last Saturday at 12.30 and only got our food at 2.20pm, my food was ice cold and some of the other dishes were sloppily presented. Coffee was lukewarm. When asked for the manager were told that she had left at 12 noon and had not returned!! Completely understaffed, the poor waitresses were not able to see to all the customers many of whom walked out. Will never bother to visit there again.

The coffees are always great , the decor super trendy- love the redo. Place always buzzing and a great place to get work done. The food is great too. Service a bit slow however.

Service was very bad wated almost an hour for our cafe and coffee was so stong couldnt drink it.

Advertising on the menu not have stock. Service bad waited 30 min no food. Walked out
