Rock 'n Sole

We always order from Rock n Sole and the food is always tasty and great value for the price. Decent portion sizes too. However, I was really enjoying my meal on Friday night until I found a long piece of black hair in my food. I was absolutely disgusted and disappointed and immediately threw the food out. VERY unhygienic. It made me question a lot. Won’t visit them again that’s for sure.

Nice place for tasty food and great prices. Look out for their specials. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access to the restaurant, but you will not be able to use the bathroom if you are in a wheelchair as there are stairs to the bathroom.

Friendly staff and good food. Good value for money with decent portion sizes. The food is always fresh and service is quick. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare, but it shares a parking lot with many other shops. The breakfast special is pretty good, and the Wednesday fish and chip special is also great value.

Firstly the food is excellent! The prices are great too! A good comparison would be Ocean Basket in terms of taste- very similar recipe if not the same. The prices however are much better than OB. The reason for the 4 stars is because they have no booking system at all. I went on Mother’s Day so it was quite busy and it was abit of a nightmare getting a table, but eventually I managed to get one and it was worth the havoc in the end! My prawns were abit sticky to the shell but I think that was just because they were extremely busy on the day The service and speed was very good considering how busy they were. Overall brilliant, just get a booking system for busy occasions.

My Money Can get finished by this restaurant. The best Sushi I have ever tasted and mind you I have eaten Sushi all over the country. Fresh, Tasty , Worth every penny

We've recently been to the restaurant, the first time on a quiet weekday evening and the second was for mothersday. I was concerned that the quality of food would be different on mothersday as the restaurant didn't have an empty seat in the house and were not taking any bookings beforehand. I was however completely blown away, the food was incredible and we had a lovely lunch! The staff are all super friendly, the food is really affordable and tasty and I can highly recommend. Their Kingklip is my favorite!
