Chantelle and team were so excellent in the service provided to us during our lockdown wedding. The attention to detail and expertise were so refreshing. It rained on our wedding day and the original plan for outdoor decor had to be changed on the day, the team gave suggestions and sorted everything out leaving no stress for me on the big day. Cafe Fleur worked hard to provide us with the asthetic we were going for at a price that suited our budget. I would highly recommend Cafe fleur for your events- service delivery unmatched!  You will see they are such a pleasure to work with

I used Cafe Fleur for decor at the jhb country club on 13 August 2022.  Not only did they exceed my expectations but delivered a beautiful and elegant decor for my daughters 16th birthday.  Their service is second to none, they did the decor exactly as we wanted within my budget. Chantelle called me 2 days before the function to make sure numbers were correct and everything was according to plan. Thank you to Florence too, who was so happy to serve us and sent pictures after the set up was complete. In short, these are professionals with a fantastic eye for detail and make valuable suggestions. I will definitely recommend and use them again in future. Thank you Cafe Fleur for being so delightful to work with. Looking forward to the next event!

I wanted to say thank you so much for making our wedding so magical. The decoration was AMAZING and I can't stop looking at the pictures at how beautiful you made the venue look. You honestly took our thoughts, Ideas, our Pinterest board and made it even better.  Chantelle, you truly are an amazing person to work with - and I love how you captured my thoughts and made it into reality. Cafe Fleur is absolutely the creme de la creme of event styling and decor! I had the best time planning my wedding decor and floral arrangements with the owner, Chantelle Van Winkel. Attention to detail, responsive, so friendly, creative, helpful and very proactive were some of the many characteristics that stood out in the Cafe Fleur team. Their decor pieces and flowers were faultless but it was the execution of everything decor, flowers, dance floor, backdrop, bouquets on the day that blew me away! I had a large wedding and the attention to detail and quality was consistent throughout the many reception tables.  Their years of experience in styling events shows and for that experience and quality of the final product, their price point is very reasonable.  I would recommend them any day, for any function size. A definite 5/5!

Despicable! We hired just gold spoons from this place, but it was such a nightmare to receive them, with delays and unreliability from the owner or manager of this cafe. Beside from not sticking to what they promise, they also accuse their customers to be liars, when in fact, they are the ones who are bad a running their business. The spoons were supposed to be delivered to me during the course of last week, for a wedding on Sunday. The spoons only got to me on Sunday morning. When asked to return the spoons ourselves, we accepted to deliver them back to Cafe Fleur in Sandton. My partner was there yesterday, waited a good 20 minutes in front of the gate with no answer, after hooting multiple times. Called the owner, without any luck of speaking to her. Then we are being told that we lied, and that nobody came to deliver the spoons back, because of some pitiful excuses. Avoid any stress for your special events by not supporting this business. A shame that the cafe has a pretty name with such terrible service....

It was such a joy to have Cafe Fleur do the flowers and decor for my wedding. Keveshni handled our mock-up perfectly even after we decided to change so much and I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day - everything was done beautifully to our specifications.
