This facility is surely home away from home...from cooking to self laundry....the studio rooms also have sit-out balconies. All the amenities worked without issues. Staff are very warm and helpful. I didn't have any issue whatsoever. The cleaning staff are very professional and honest. My wife loved the place. The room rate is very reasonable. We will surely stop by anytime we are in Sandton.

Accessible, safe environs and parking. Not properly cleaned inside. Dirt on walls and sink even after staff make beds, dusty curtains. Self catering amenities are inadequate. Do not maintain cutlery, crockery as in similar apartments.

Hello everyone, How is everybody doing? Am here to thank the lady who helped me. I remember before i came to seek help from her, i would hardly figure out what my relationship was all about. At first, I was a bit skeptical about who my husband was always talking to over the phone! She's this very same lady who used to send me threatening texts about how I wasn't gonna be able to sustain my relationship! I asked him about the lady and all he would was to shut me off and walk behind my back. Having gone all through this, I kept on seeking to advise from a few people and they told me that I had to sit down my husband and we talk. One day I came home it was a bit early and I stayed up till late still waiting for him to come back. He didn't come that night, and when i called his phone was off. later during the next day, when i was at work i tried his number but seems he had switched it off. He was with the very same lady that used to send me threatening texts. i tried to talk to his mum and she said she last heard from him a months ago. He was far away from what I thought because even when I tried to call at his workplace they wouldn't allow me to talk to him! One day i parked outside their office premises just to wait and have a talk with him but that day he had left earlier than i thought or maybe he was even off , Until then I was on the internet platform and I saw a testimonial about this very same lady called DR Mama Taiba +27823060931 who helps people with a few problems in this life. I called her number and she was so calm when we talked, i told about my problems and she gave me an appointment to meet her. I remember that very day it even rained. I drove to her place and we sat down and we talked, She's the rare kind of person who helped me through all what I was going through. She's the lady who agreed to help me with my marriage problems and indeed it worked for me, because my husband managed to get back to us and he even stopped seeing the other lady for good. She helped me unite with my husband and through thick and thin am here to gratefully thank her for the good work she has done to stabilize many people's relationships out there! I wouldn't fail to leave her number in case anyone needs it +27823060931, it would be great if we learn to help each other.

What use to be a pleasant experience has turned into a horrible one. Made  arrangements for a specific apartment and it was confirmed, only to be informed at check in that it's been given away. There was an unruly bunch of guests yelling on the corridors up to 03h30 in the morning.  Where was security to check up and control this?

Booked for three nights stayed for two! Would have left after the first if I could! First room I was assigned to had an aircon that did not work! Had to move! Have never felt SO unsafe in JHB in my life! Slept with one eye open.  The did not even leave me toilet paper the second day!  You shower in a bath with a hand held shower head, that does not stay on the hook so that you can stand under the shower.  No reception service after 6!  The gate guard opens for any one without question!  They did not even bother to ask me why I am checking out a day early!

Below average for Sandton. WiFi and mobile reception is terrible, DSTV signal is kak, no back up generators for when there is load shedding. Security is non-existent, just smile at the guard and he’ll let you in.

Was welcomed with a smile at the reception. The staff was friendly and helpful but the room was smelling of cigarettes although I specified when booking that I want non smoking area.

Very convenient apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Good WiFi. Shops and malls within walking distance. Only complaint is that they don't replenish soaps and toiletries.

Nice facilities. But should make available a universal international adapter electrical plug for Guests coming in from outside South Africa,to enable them use their laptops.

We travel with kids, so always bring a hairdrier with. One night our hairdrier broken, so I throwed it into dustbin. The second day, their room service women, looks like a supervisor, came to our room and accused us thief, because she saw the broken hairdrier in their bin. When we explained we throwed our own one and showed her their one in the room, she refused to believe us, but still believe we throwed theirs! What a bad end to our Jo'burg trip!!! Feel so bed for such an unfriendly service.
