Very Average hotel for the price. The enclosures are like cages and the whole set up is dark and cramped! I was also charged 285 for a grooming and my cats nails weren’t even cut! So who knows if anything was done. Overall I felt that they were ok - if you’re in a pinch - but wouldn’t be my first choice for the environment/ attention to pet, and I got the impression that they were just about the $$. Within a minute of arriving the lady at the desk tried to sell me cat litter when my priority was getting my cat settled. I found that very annoying and it coloured my whole experience

Unfortunately not what the website makes it out to be. Cats are kept in cages next to each other in a dark room. We were told they are too busy to update us on our pet that was with them. Don't advertise as the best 5 star cat hotel in South Africa as this is definitely not true there are many other cat hotels with much higher quality and communication.

The "man-made gardens" in each unit are just rocks and bricks. So that was a huge disappointment. The one reason I chose them for the stay, and it wasn't real. It feels very prison-y. Just a dark room full of cages. They looked after my cat.and the staff were friendly. But it wasn't to the standard that they advertise. They are not the 5 star cat hotel of SA.

Míshce is a regular visitor to the VIP section. Excellent service. She gets spoiled beyond words. Everyone there is so friendly and so helpful.

I do not trust anyone else with my Cats!
