I had a screen protector placed on it 4 weeks ago, after a week the cover lifted and I took it back the earliest I could 4 days later, they didn't have stock and said to come back a week later, unfortunately when I did go back they still didn't have stock, and didn't know when they would So I left my number, Ghelin from cell said he made numerous calls to me and sent messages, unfortunately due to the bad cell coverage in the area I work in I never got them. Yesterday I called in to see if they had stock before I made a trip going in. Today I went iin Ghelin showed me all the calls and messages he had sent me, relieved he kept to his word. Thank Ghelin for the efforts in keeping your customers happy and end service as friendly and kind. We all need a little kindness to help us through the days we feel a bit off. Small things go along way. Thank you
So I have gone to your shop on Sunday confirmed that we can't do anything or paper work as they need to send the documents and that, that office is not available on Sunday felt like I got a bit of a brush off being an existing customer. To no suprice I never got a call back on monday I had too call..... And yet Tuesday have come and gone.... Thank Tamara for your excellent service.... Please advice why I actually need to stay with cell c. Does it really take so long to unlock a data contract to a top up. Must say your centurion branches are more helpful..... Really a waste of time and travel expenses....
So I have sent an email to customer services as per your request and I have not reveived any feedback......... I have been trying to solve an issues with regards to a contract that I signed for LTE. The service became unavailable in my area. So customer services told me to take my router to a branch to cancel the contract. Since Jul 2020 I have been dealing with this branch to help me with cancellation an refund. Now they are not answering my calls or emails anymore and I'm still waiting for my refund. If I ever had to go into this shop again, it would be way too soon. Really disgusted with their service.
Hi To whom it may concern Dear management your stuff at the galleria store is good. But the best of them all is 1 of your sales stuff #Tyron I've gone to the store on Saturday just to check on cash prices. I was greeted with a warm smile by himself and a girl The way he spoke to me. I even forgot that I had gone to the store just to Check the phones cash pricing. I sat and listined to him and he offered me a contract which I was not really sure of But his product knowledge on the phone and package made sence as to why I should take a contact and how my h I would save That guy is too good the way he treated me. I though he was the manager He's really good at what he does 100%customer service Well done Tyron
Absolutely shocked at the service at Cell C Galleria Mall today. The customer service clerk was rude and unwelcoming. I will never return here again and will now change provider as well.
I bought a Huawei p30 lite yesterday and I didn't have cash on me to do a sim swap, so i borrowed one of the other customers phone to call. The customer service kept on giving me problems and I had to keep on calling them because the people on from the service kept on dropping the call on me. I kept on calling for about an hour and i was wonder which department does Viwe work in because she had an attitude when we were speaking and didn't want to help me, she even told me to call again between 7am and 8pm on the next day.I made the call around 13h00. The service in the store was amazing . I appreciate the extra mile you put in to help the customer.
Received poor service from a disinterested female staff member. Be it she was overtired or something else. We webt in to book-in an phone for battery fault. The book-in procedure was done without explanations and no papers were produced until we insisted there were surely something we had to sign as proof. Upon attempting to call today to checknon thevstatus of the phone have had no feedback yet they left the phone to just ring. This branch lets down a decent company with decent packages and network.
the two people in that shop care not interested in serving you or helping anyone that has a problem. I have tried twice with them and will NEVER go back there. Would rather go to the pav which is miles away but at least I get fantastic service with a smile.
I took a router with u guys in 2018 August if m not mistaken, the contract I signed stated that I’ll be getting 40GB, 20 day and 20 night only to find out that they’ve been lying to me I was only getting 20GB, 10 day and 10 midnight data.. I been paying R280 I was assisted by Mandisa
Received excellent service from Adhiel. I think his surname is Bridgenandh. He was really patient with me especially since this was my first contract with CellC
