We booked a two picnic baskets for four people online. On the day we chose our drinks. We we escourted to our picnic pod where a lovely area had been prepared for us with blankets and pillows. Our drinks and picnic baskets were also carried to the pod for us by very friendly patrons. It was such a romanitic atmosphere with lovely views of the mountain and the dam. Would highly recommend it.
Absolutely amazing experience. The food was excellent, best beef patty I've had and the vegetarian lunch option is lovely too. The food service was impeccable. The wines are gorgeous, our wine server Billy was incredibly knowledgeable and really added to the tasting experience. All this accompanied by a breathtaking view made for a delightful afternoon.
Lovely peaceful atmosphere, fantastic scenery, good company and good food. What more could one ask for? Excellent!!

A bit of a drive on a narrow, and not always excellent road to get to Jordan wine estate, but definitely worth while. There is a very calming and tranquil atmosphere on the deck below large maple trees at the Bakery at Jordan, with spectacular views to match. The wine is good, will definitely keep an eye out for their wines in future. They have a very limited selection of food on the lunch menu, the food was good, I felt the beer battered fish could be more crispy, but overall a great experience.
We went for a Saturday lunch at Jordan, and we were pleasantly surprised. The estate is somewhat off-the-beaten-path, yet it was quite busy when we were there. The drive there is simply spectacular; driving through vineyards and past lush beds and gardens. The food itself was tasty and the portions were decent, although I found that the calamari dish had a disproportionate amount of peppers. But otherwise it was a good meal, and one that will be repeated again.
We had a picnic for 2 cheese and meat platters, and of course Jordan wine, on the beautifully kept lawn. Highly recommended wine estate in Stellenbosch.
Great place when the weather is good and you want to be outside. Picnic area so kods also have area to run and play
Not a good breakfast experience. Eggs benedict was watery, the hollandaise was salty and the bread was old. Not what I expected for R90! Service was also lacking as we constantly had to call the waiter. Won't be back for breakfast, highly dissapointed.
Spectacular views!! Menu prices reasonable, food is great and excellent customer service! A very tranquil and relaxed vibe. A definite must visit!
