At first there was no one to help and then I stumbled on a gentleman and he made my shopping trip very pleasant - he was super helpful and went out of his way to help me, he was the most helpful person there - the rest acted like they owned the business and they were doing you a favour - and that same attitude was experienced the last time I went there over 2 years ago actually
Worst Customer Service I ever experienced from a supplier, i placed 2 big orders for 2 restaurants and received order incomplete, we paid all upfront. Try to communicate with them and them avoiding, this is my first time need to do a public review and complain. I hope if they read the review at least containing us yo solve the mistake they done
Worst customer service I have ever experienced, returned my item on the 17th of May and had to pay courier fees to deliver the stock, three weeks later and countless emails Back and forth and I have still not received my refund. Will not recommend using them
The shop is selling the best quality of products ,I love it. Only the till girls have bad attitude they always in mood . Mitchelle the worse manager no smile ,you great no responding . I will always buy there . We are running a pizza place and our clients likes my pizza plates from CONTINENTAL.
The place is very dusty my allergies and asthma flared up quite bad. The lines at the tills were long but was worth the wait for a good bargain! Prices not on all items and I couldn't find anyone on the shop floor to ask for assistance.
Till girl has the worst attitude, swearing infront of customers, making sarcastic remarks towards co workers. If more than one customer asks you for a price, surely you should realize most of your prices has not been updated on the shelves! Dont have an attitude towards them, fix the problem! That is your job!
I was very disappointed today as I drove all the way from Steenberg to Blackheath to visit your factory shop just find that you guys were close.Why when a person google your shop does it show you are open from 8h15 to 4h30. Petrol is expensive and like most people I don't have money to waste i suggest u guys fix this or will it show you are open until you are really open on the 10th of January. Disappointed Merlyn
It's a gud clean and high quality product area produced there
This factory shop is one of my stop overs. We must remember it is a factory shop. The personal know the products they even remember me and I am from the Free Stste they are friendly and helpful.
