Description
With the ultimate aim of producing superior chocolate, our process starts by sourcing the finest cacao beans from all corners of the globe.
Once in our small factory, the beans are carefully roasted. Thereafter follows a slow process of stone grinding, refining and conching in our custom built equipment designed to combine ancient chocolate making techniques with the precision of modern technology. We believe that our process is unique in optimising the inherent flavours in the bean and that it translates into the ultimate chocolate experience.
Our chocolate contains only authentic ingredients, with no added flavourings, cocoa butter substitutes, soya lecithin or vanilla.
