Checkers Glen Marais

It is a good Checkers. They accept Scan to Pay which I like because you can ditch your bank card and payment is more secure. My phone doesn't have NFC that's why I scan to pay where I can. I don't know why shops like Spar are slow to pick up the latest trends in mobile payments. This Checkers was lovely.

Most of the till operators are friendly and polite, but yesterday I had one that didn't bother to greet because she was so busy chatting to the packer, that really irritates me

The only reason I go here is when I cannot find what I am looking for a Spar or the other 2 Pick n Pays. The cashiers are not friendly at all which is my biggest issue with Checkers Glen Marais. Their prices really are not that great and I find the Spar rewards and Pick 'n Pay Smart Shopper to be more rewarding. Checkers can really do with some friendlier staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient shopping and find all grocery items I needed. Very cooperative staff

A very beautiful place and essy to by packaging around the shelves. Assistance is always nearby, shopping made easy. All tellers always occupied, making it essy to pay and leave in time.

Never have cash to draw no matter how small the amount. The staff are in general ly rude and unhelpful. I asked the store manager to get the area manager to call me. 2 weeks later still waiting. This is not a once off occurrence.

Most unfriendly and slow staff. They don't care about customer service. The word "express till" is something from a galaxy far far away. However I would highly recommend the new Checkers in Harvest Mall.

The cleanest store that I have been in, for a very long time & everything is laid out so neatly. The staff are the friendliest that I have ever met.
