I like the place, it's chilled, not congested. You can enjoy your drinks or meal without being bothered. I'd say they need to play bit more diverse music to help with the atmosphere, just a suggestion. I've been there few times already and I'd go again. Cool place.

Understanding there is no water. But really, no provision made at bathrooms to wash hands! A 20 ltr container with small tap at entrance to bathrooms, is all it takes! Ordered meat platter for 3. Mediocre at best. My two guests were suitably not impressed.

The staff and visitors use the same toilets. No problem with that. But, how can the staff clean their hands after using the toilet if there is not soap and towels available? Furthermore, the washbasin was not clean, full of bugs! I have tried to use the toilet on the upper level but the facilities were occupied by two staff members who where having a conversation behind the closed doors and both of them did not wash their hands afterwards.!! My husband had to ask that the sound must be turned down because the music was very loud and annoying. Surely it was out last visit.

Communication from waiter is slacking. Kitchen is slow, I'd review the food itself one day if it arrives.

Meh. Don't know why this place was hyped so much. It's disappointing.

I have always wanted to visit this establishment. What a huge disappointment! We ordered cappuccinos and we received plain nescafe coffee with tined wiped cream on top - for R30.00 We placed our food order with literally just us as customers in the whole establishment and waited for 40 min and then rather asking for our food as takeaway as it was getting late. However when we received the food it was delicious. - Food quality well done!

Staff waiter friendly. Music overpowering. Food overcooked with a lot of batter - rockhard. Will not visit again.
