Bad place to live, things get stolen all the time and the so called caretaker will tell you to go to cops and she refuses to show you the video footage of the cameras in the elevators. They also charge you for hot water which you never get half the time

Received my rental statement today and its ridiculous. I live by myself and was charged R1662 for the boiler which I hardly use because by 11 the water is cold and I prepare for work around 14h00 which means bathing with cold water.I would not recommend the place to anyone

These guys are after poor people's money, the service is really terrible. You get charged for everything that is faulty in this building even if its not your fault. I stayed for two months in a dark room because their bulb had gone off, you can' t even find it in any shop in SA & i was charged a fee for them to replace it. Plugs not working you get charged as well anything they repair you're charged. The advert says free dstv installation but when you get there you have to fork out 590-00 to get connected.

Very affordable lofts and soundly located York house house is easily accessible ,located a walkable distance from Bank City and most grocery and fashion ware stores .

Its anice place but sometime u never understand the rules of the caretaker and security comparing to your lease u had signed...so far just to stay since m poor to move to a better place...

Worst management everole....3 weeks without cold and hot water but the water bill is higher than all the other months...now it's been 8 days without electricity, and no one is saying anything about when the power would be restored...If Google had negative rating was going to give it to York House.

Ive been here 4 2months i study and work and there is no peace the kids here are ridiculously loud,i hate going back to that noise,you cant rest,watch tv or read...worst experience ever....2 much noise i hate staying here cant wait to move out

Horrible place. Extremely poor management and worse security ever.

Service is terrible.... None of the employees are informed about anything. They are confused as to which unit is available and not and which documents are required when applying. #SoDisappointed....
