A general medical practice situated in Jukskei Park which is situated between Fourways and Olivedale.
The medical practice works on an appointment basis for weekdays. Saturday mornings are for urgent appointments and patients will be seen on a first come first serve basis by whichever doctor is free next. The practice does not submit to medical aid as payment is expected at time of the visit. You will be given an invoice which can then be submitted to your medical aid. We accept VISA and Mastercards and do not deal with medical aids directly.
The surgery is well equipped and spacious with a playground in the garden for children.

- R410 for pensioners
- Follow up consultations for the same condition are charged at R410

For repeat prescriptions please fax the request to 011 462 2556 or email request to [email protected] with the medications name, strength and monthly quantity that you require. Please also inform us whether the prescription will be collected at the rooms, or faxed to a pharmacy, or faxed/emailed back to you. We will fax the completed prescription back to you within one working day. Prescriptions will be returned via email on Fridays only.
Dr Mark Holliday is a Wits graduate with a post graduate qualification in Occupational Health. Mark founded the practice in 1983 and has many interests in healthcare including acupuncture and homeopathy. Mark spent a considerable amount of post graduate time in plastic surgery and has a special interest and flare in skin conditions such as skin cancers as well as aesthetics. He was South Africa's pioneering general practitioner, 15 years ago, in the use and application of Botox both aesthetically as well as many medical conditions. His aesthetic practice applies the latest treatments in Botox, Fillers and Threading.
Dr Detlev Venter is a Wits graduate. While finishing his national service in 1989 he did locum work at this practice. He joined the practice full time in 1990. He is interested in all general medical conditions and illnesses, and is happy to see patients from young to old.
Dr Pam Taylor is also a Wits graduate and has been a clinical assistant since 1992. She has extensive experience in General Practice and female healthcare.
Dr Leigh Martins is a recently employed clinical assistant who helps in the afternoons. She is the mother of two children and has a special interest in paediatrics.
