Extremely grateful for Dr Suraya’s help, brilliant at what she does and also goes out of her way to help others. Granted she could maybe close later than 1pm during the week but she helped me and 2 other people after closing time when she could’ve simply asked us to return the next day during operational times but she did what she had to do anyway. thanks a bunch Doc!! ps. I don’t encourage late coming, be punctual! haha
Dr Yacoob is absolutely brilliant. Friendly, warm, reassuring and most of all, she makes you feel comfortable and safe. We highly recommend her if you're looking for a doctor who is genuinely concerned and caring.
Waited two hours with no help in a freezing cold room. If you want public sector treatment at private sector rates - this is the place to be.
This receptionist is utterly useless. Also, which doctor leaves at 1pm and she even leave earlier when it's 'not busy'.
So firstly , I didn't feel that the reciptionist was rude. She was straight to the point asked for my info and did her job. I had no issues or hassles. Dr Yacoob was amazing. She was attentive , understanding and ready to explain in detail. She definitely is someone I felt comfortable with and she is also good at encouraging me despite the diagnosis. There were some negatives about my visits. 1. They only take cash or medical aid. I couldn't pay with card. 2. My appointment was at 12:15 , but I only saw the doctor at like 13:00. This is common with GPs but it still a little annoying having to make an appointment and then still wait. But it's the same at every GP I've been to Overall , I think she is a great doctor and I will definitely go back .
Dr Yacoob is exceptional. She's always friendly and helpful. Her receptionist is unfriendly and not helpful; but the Doctor herself makes up for it.
the GP doctor is very nice but THAT RECEPTIONIST. Has no client skills. Very rude and sarcastic with clients. Not to mention clients that feel ill and sick should not be treated that way. Only open till one which doesnt help at all. The dentist also cost us an extra R1000 due to miscommunication
Dr Yacoob is fantastic. She's always friendly and helpful. Her receptionist does need a bit of work; but the Doctor herself makes up for it.
Ive had great experiences with the Doctor. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and answers all the questions i have.
