I haven't had a bad experience with the staff, they're very polite and you get the help you need at the required time.

The staff is very kind and generous

The staff there took a good care of me and my little one,especially sister Makhathini and Zulu I forgot the Xhosa one but u guys are good at what u are doing.may the Lord Jesus Christ bless u.

Was admitted at this hospital on the 20th of Sept on Ward 301, Day 1 - DAY SHIFT was great- had an operation done later that same day, Nurses, Surgeons and Dr Karimi had a wonderful sense of humor, they were great and very caring, Surgeons made jokes before the initial procedure and explained what they were going to perform on me, each time they were gonna do something they would explain it to me first of which I found to be very useful cause I knew what to expect and they put my mind at ease, Special Thanks to Dr Karimi for Always ensuring that his patients are well taken care of, He would ask if you have eaten, bath and if you needed anything when he came to check up on you in the ward,....the NIGHT SHIFT that was on duty that day did not care at all- It was that time of the month for me unfortunately and just came back from theater so was still drowsy and numb, when I woke up my bed was already a mess, in white sheets, requested them to change it for me of which they did but with no care at all, the way they were moving me from the bed it was horrible it wasn't done with care, had requested to change the pad but the other lady said it's still fine its not full and didn'tgive me one, they woke us up at 5am in the morning, we were hoping they will either assist us in bathing but they just gave us water and left us like that and said we must make it snappy before the morning team arrives, Day two day shift was awesome as well, except that NIGHT SHIFT didn't change my bed before they leave for the next shift to take over,and it wasn't changed that day at all, I believe some care and little patience with patients will help them heal faster and know that they are not alone during such times since no one choose to be in such conditions by choice but it's just unforseen circumstances that comes with life....

Was so scared cz today was my 1st visit and my man wasn't sure whether to enter or not..but Dr da way he was so friendly they ended up talking like dy knw each other fr a long long time..looking fwd to da delivery dat

Couldnt wait to share my experience, awesome doctor ive eva met, kind, sense of humour..knwz hiz story wen it comes to wrk.. Had my c/s done 2dayz ago wow next morning i managed to walk around as f nothng happened....tnx Doctor D Ngotho

I will highly recommend it...in terms of doctors are good especial dr Jack..Nyamande..Karimi they are so dedicated to their patients...Wards need improvement or renovation..Medical ward 5th floor...Nurse are good and freindly..

Wow I was impressed with the friendly staff, doctor was very warm, informative and easy to converse with. You can tell people genuinely care about your wellbeing.
