Wassermann Pierre Dr

Dr Wassermann is professional and knowledgeable. He assists with the full lifecycle of the treatment process Lasik, in my case - viz. pre- and post-operative care. I was pleasantly surprised to receive ad-hoc correspondence directly from him to check whether I had been following the prescribed treatment and measures the day after my surgery. I found that to be a good-natured, and caring gesture. The staff are warm and deal with adjacent processes efficiently, making the value-chain effective throughout. I highly recommend him to others.

Unhelpful staff. Were told previously there is nothing wrong with my red itchy eyes, save for my one eye being a bit dry. Various sets of eyesdrops later my eyes are worse, and Im told to just pay again so that someone can look at my eyes. Thats why I paid in December, when I was told nothing is wrong, for someone to actually tell me whats wrong. The reception refuses to discuss the matter with doctor or anyone.... told to just pay and consult.
