Took my car for service on Friday 07/07/23 and had a 5star plus service throughout. My service advisor was Riaan Wiese, he gave me the best service and updated me about everything. I highly recommend Eastrand Toyota

So I took my car to service at Toyota East Rand on Friday 23rd, I was assisted by Riaan Wiese. I booked my service online as I’ve done other times and didn’t have issues, i was asked if booked since he can’t see it on his side. He then said the systems they’re using are not the same. In the morning he gave me quotation that was R1796.04, during the day he called me to confirm it will be R1796.04 because there was no additional things they needed to do. When I was fetching my car I asked for discount and he said the fees has it already. He then said he gave me quotation for R1900 in the morning and showed me my file where he wrote .R1800+. I mentioned that was not me and gave him my quotation, he said fee of R1735.41. He mentioned that R60.63 is the best discount i can get. Now I get a call to ask me about my service and I explained everything. 10 minutes later I get a call from the same Riaan Wiese I complained about, the email I received after a call with a lady to check my service wrote that their Manager Pieter Pienaar will contact me. Riaan even said I won’t need to take my car to car wash because they are washed it for me, as they should. Unfortunately I continue to receive bad service by getting a call from someone I complained about. I’m disappointed because I’ve been with them since I bought my car there but I guess I’m not that much of an important customer.

Caution! Caution! Caution! Make sure you inspect vehicle thoroughly, bought flawed vehicle and after many attempts, Dealer principle and team fail to recognise Original manufacturer standards and safety. They glued it back and say its ok!!! Well what can i say, so spare yourself the stress. Just shows the morals

Took my vehicle in for a service earlier this month. Great service, friendly staff and very clean. Even though they were busy, they were fast with their service.

Service received from Christa, Emanuel Workshop Foreman and Josh Technician nothing short of spectacular. Requested a report on one of my vehicles with clutch failure at 16:30. Received the most comprehensive report together with photos back at 17:07. Definitely the most professional dealer I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Will definitely recommend this dealer to anybody.

I have had the most awesome service any one could ever ask for from a really good sales agent Rudi Breedt. I would recommend him if any one wants to buy a pre owned vehicle from East Rand Toyota. He made the process so slick and quick and he really updated me with good feedback every step of the way.

I once again had excellent service from East Rand Toyota. Irma was my service advisor and she kept me updated. Very friendly and professional. I also need to thank the lady who took me to work this morning, she was also excellent. Last but not least, my car drives like a new one after the service. The entire service team should be rewarded. When the time comes for me to get a new vehicle East Rand Toyota will be my first stop. Thankyou team, keep up the good work.

Prices on used cars are high. Not sure why but Crosses and Corollas used are about R40k higher than other Toyota dealers. Shop around before pulling the trigger.
