Professional and very quick. I called to request books for my daughter. And a friendly lady answered and took all my details, and within minutes she got back to me to tell me that she found them. All I did was to go to the store and pay. Thank you for a wonderful online service. Your telephone etiquettes were also professional, yet friendly and wonderful.

Friendly staff. I requested Lindiwe telephonically to reserve a book for me as it was the last one in stock. When I got to the store I requested for her and when she came through she asked for my name and confirmed it. She took the book out and I was able to pay for it. It took less than 10mins for the time spent in the shop which I appreciated it so much.

Staff are more interested in talking amongst themselves than doing anything. I have been there several times, they have never helped. They won't even check of they have a book, or if another branch has a book. Can't be bothered to stop talking long enough to care that a customer is trying to make a purchase and been waiting a while. Service is dismal

Was dreading the books purchase. What a nice surprise all the books for the year came to R1600. Beautiful book store super helpful staff.

This shop is so incompetent! They took my money and don't want to repay it . Please pay back my money. My advice from me to you,don't use a card when purchasing books from this shop!!!!!.

The worst service ever and this is the 2cd/3rd but just kept giving them a chance. I went there today to collect books which they have been calling saying they are available for collection, but when I got there the manager said she can’t help cause they renovating and the other staff were just chilling and busy drinking tea. They were very useless, please change the manager cause only proper leadership and a rotation in staff can solve this.

Poor service when it comes to refunds. I took the books back and they could not refund me in store. Said that I had to request a refund from Head Office which I did. On the day of refund I get told that the copy of the receipt that I received from the store is unclear and Lydia Motau where the document has been requested from does not take calls when they are transferred and the front staff are useless when taking a message. Think that the service is shocking and that they should be more accommodating. Lets see if Lydia actually comes to the party and I receive my refund today as stated on the refund requisition form....

No stars. worst experience of my life. No one answers the phone at all!!!! The queue yesterday was so long because it took a minimum of twenty minutes to assist one person. How this store is still open is a miracle.

Tha service was excellent. Got what I wanted within a wink of an eye. The staff was very helpful and served me with smiles
