Gym Company East Point Mall-Boksburg

They get crazy busy after 17h30. If they can extend the hours or make the gym bigger, that will help a lot. I feel they have 2 much members for its size.

The reception lady hardly smiles. They refused to get a punch bag, citing bogus excuses. Their membership is hard to cancel. The "personal trainers" aren't interested in helping. Basically, it's a place to train if you're running away from the rain. Oh, also, they claim to open early on Sunday. No, they're only open at 8am. You'll find out by the door.

They poisoned me in that gym, I will never go back there I almost died , they will open lockers even when they are locked, You try to talk to that Supervisor Ellen or what ever she is she doesn't have time for customers, worst customer service, do not leave your things in those lockers when going to bath , if you gym , gym with your belongings,

We paid up and canceled the contract that we unwillingly had moved to Boksburg, when the Benoni gym closed. 3 months later and we get a message that we are going to be blacklisted. I have the cancellation contract. Now it is back to fighting with you people again. Enough now. I am sick of you.

Don’t make the mistake I did and join this gym , the contract is ridiculously strict & impossible to get out of. They are overcrowded & not enough equipment! I’ve had plenty of gym contracts before and this is by far the worst. Bathroom facilities aren’t the most hygienic either.

Cleanliness gone down hill of late. Numerous complaints but not much has improved. Cockroaches in changing rooms and toilets more than disappointing.

Bad service! Incompetent and rude staff! Worst gym I’ve ever been to! Always packed so there is no equipment available. Wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone.

Been there two months it ok but to meany customers on weight training and to little equiptment. To many bicycles dont get used

Incorrect gym operating hours. Sunday says 7am rock up there and boom everything is closed.
