Phoned to make an appointment for a service and more work, Lady was busy on phone and was promised that she will call back 13 June but never called back. Today I called back but still not assisted, call being forwarded from one person to another. Do you really want to assist the public with such service?

I'm very impressed with Mazda at Eastern Cape Motors. I have been driving a Mazda CX5 for a number of years. The vehicle is excellent quality and really reliable. The drive quality is fantastic. The service from the sales team and product knowledge is fantastic. I really feel special every time I visit. The service centre is well run and takes excellent care of my car for the regular service and any repairs. The service cost is reasonable, making this my preferred option. I can highly recommend Mazda and Eastern Cape Motors to anyone looking to buy and maintain an awesome vehicle.

I've been calling Mazda PE to schedule a booking for my girlfriend's car to get serviced the entire morning only for them to lie and say they call me back...its been 7hrs still nothing. What a joke of a dealership

My Mazda Bt50 broke down while we where on holiday. After replacing a faulty part I needed to get the cooling system flushed. I phoned Mazda PE, but received absolutely no service from them. They just said that they cannot help and that I should phone back next week!!
