The staff at this store need to learn the basics of customer service - simply acknowledge your customers in the store, even if you can’t help them immediately. And especially when they are queuing to purchase something! This has been my repeated experience and I will not accept being ignored. Online shopping for me in future! My experience at this branch was absolutely harrowing - I would rather fly to Gauteng to visit another iStore if needed in the future. This type of customer service is the reason we prefer to purchase apple products from other retailers.
Please be aware of the 20% handling fee when returning any items at this store. Yes, its on the slip... What reasonable person will read the T&C's on their slip for an Item purchased after they paid for it. It's the same as paying for your new car and finding out afterwards that you have no service plan, and you need to pay for the services whilst the vehicle is still under warranty. Please advise your salespeople to inform first time buyers at your iStore like myself about your T&C's, especially a 20% handling fee, prior to payment. Receiving your T&C's on a slip after payment is to late... Thank you to Kloppers PE for taking back a product bought from you, without any handling fee. The same for Incredible Connection for the good service when purchasing my AirPods Pro, at a better price than in the iStore, and should I not be happy with the product I will only be charged a 5% handling fee. Customer Service should be your number one priority, that is why I support Companies like Kloppers.
The staff are always busy with customers which means it's a popular store which is in high demand. Excellent service from staff.
Was told I could swap out of return policy It was an unused laptop case and was 20days late I do live an hour away and don’t come to PE often by one manager and then a few days later was told by a different manager that I can’t. Not exactly APPLE service.
Again, I did not visit the interest, I actually went to clicks to update my medication & some ointment for my mother. Clean store with friendly staff. Good shopping for value of money
I used to support the store but service is terrible. Staff is more interested to talk to each other then assisting customers. Probably to comfortable. Hopefully it improves

The only issue is there is not proper chairs for disabled people the service was excellent but difficult to stand the whole time
