What a great experience buying through Factory Direct Beds. Jason in sales assisted me with showing the different types of beds and provided me with a wide range of products to meet me needs. Settled on a bed and after one phone call to the depo the bed i chose would be at the store ready for collection tomorrow. Thanks to this great team and efficient service. Trust you will get the good service I received when buying through Factory Direct Beds.
Salespeople were generally knowledgeable, and I'm thrilled with my very comfortable bed. Delivery was late, however, when contacted via phone, every effort was made to speed up the process for me.
Very good service from a top salesperson that got me to buy a Queen size base and bed with 2 pillows and mattress cover.
They have me quick service, free delivery and a good price on my kids mattresses. I recommend them highly.

APPOLIGESE TO WALMER BRANCH. IT WAS BOUGHT AT NEWTON PARK. WILL NEVER USE USE STORE AGAIN. BOUGHT A MATRASS FOR 150KG I WAS SOLD 1 FOR 120KG. WAS REPLACE WITH IN 3 MONTHS WITH 150KG. HAD PROBLEMS WITH IN 6 MONTHS. WAS REPAIR, AFTER 6 MONTHS SAME PROBLEM. DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CONTACT THEM. MATRASS IS JUST OVER 3 YEARS WE HAD TO PUT PLANKS ON THE BASIS FOR SUPPORT. AND R7000 DOWN THE DRAIN APPOLIGESE TO WALMER BRANCH. IT WAS BOUGHT AT NEWTON PARK BRANCH. MR FOOT WAS WITH THE REPAIR OF THE MATRASS AT OUR HOUSE. WE HAVE CURRENTLY PLANKS UNDER THE SIDES OF THE MATRASS TO SUPPORT IT.
