Lazeee Lounges factory store

Lazeee lounges have some really interesting sets however I find them to be pricey

I went into the Vincent store in East London and had 3 people assist me with professionalism and enthusiasm. They are really a team. They were happy and knew the product. Thereafter they followed up the quote with me a few times, and have still not given up on me. Their service and enthusiasm about the product is great, and so are the warranties ont he couches.

Shocking service. I brought in old recliner covers to have replacements made. I live out of town so would confirm if ready before driving through... 6 times came through and not ready as they advised me. When finally received did not fit and charged more than quote. Then took them back for them to redo.. Still not correct. No-one responds to messages or comes back to you. We have a guest house and we're hoping to have found a one stop supplier.. No way.

Very satisfied with Wayne and the Lazeee Lounges team Port Elizabeth.I know I am not an easy customer as I have high expectations when it comes to detail and value for money.All my expectations were met and I can highly recommend Lazeee Lounges.If you want something that personalizes your home and is well priced,then visit their showroom where there is hundred of options to choose from.Keep it up guys,I'll defnitely return for my other required items in the future.

Buyer Beware! Extremely poor quality. Within a month of purchasing a lounge suite the fabric began to tear at the seams. Contacted customer care with no joy. LAZEE LOUNGES does not hold up to their word or provide a guarantee.
