We arrived and they don’t have our booking. The receptionist was so rude. We booked on Expedia under Enchanted Guest House and the name has changed to Amoris. The receptionist said they are fully booked and nothing he can do. Place on the outside looks terrible and nothing like the pictures.  Be careful - Do Not Book here !!!Service: 1/5

Comfortable accommodation that gives the experience of a home. We hosted a private dinner and spent a number of relaxed days. Location is ideal for taking walks to shopping mall, restaurants and beachfront.  Rooms: Up to 5 rooms that comfortably sleeps 2 per room. Rooms have bathrooms with showers and tubs  Walkability: Great location as shops, restaurants and beach front are all within walking distance

We book online, when we arrived there the receptionist tell us they are fully book and our names is not in the A4 hard cover book. No derails of us so there we are stranded in Green point Cape Town and we came all the way from Namibia driving 1500kilometres,  Noteworthy details: We didn&#39;t even see the rooms, the receptionist maybe didn&#39;t even know her job, I have a 2nd thought about Amoris Guest house because you cannot pay online, only cash payment that&#39;s my concern.. I will never recommend them.

I booked 4 rooms for my executives, only for them to arrive and be told that they booked out the 4th room and wanted my male and female executives to share 1 bed in a room. I have been trying to call them since 10:00 and the phone just rings and rings. What a disappointment!!

I spent one unavoidable horrifying night, it was filthy, smelly and I felt extremely unsafe as a solo female traveler when someone tried my door at 2.30 am. It doesn't even come close to photos on the website, the courtyard was stacked with junk, the loungers in the web pics are all in pieces, the umbrella torn and falling apart. When I tried to leave asap the next morning the key wouldn't open the gate, eventually man stumbled out in nothing but a pair of briefs to open for me. If I could give them a minus rating  would. Do NOT stay here.

The receptionist is a worse excuse of a human being who is meant to treat guest with common courtesy. Our of 10, I would rate this place - 10000000000000. Advertisement is just a false pretense, SIES!Rooms: 1/5

Booked 3 weeks prior to my stay, have a confirmation number and email.  When we arrived at the guest house we were told that they had extended the stay of their in-house guests and that they were fully booked so there was no room available to us.  The management did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and did not even make any attempt to let us know that they would not be able to accommodate us.  This is an absolute disgrace and I find it unacceptable that such an establishment even be on the market.  Zero stars, zero service and zero support.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my whole life! DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE! The place is dirty! THEY DON’T CLEAN AS THEY SHOULD! The receptionist is the cleaner but she does nothing at all! The furniture is old! The building is crusty! This is false advertisement….Their bed sheets have stains! Please guys save yourself from stress levels….my first few days in Cape Town were ruined!

I’d like to rate it lower if possible, turned up to my booking and was greeted by the most disrespectful human I have ever encountered. Gave my room away because someone had booked for a longer stay.  No communication, then since then has tried to charge as a no show.  Place also looks nothing like the pictures.  I just want re iterate do not stay here.

Made a booking in December 1 month ago, for our anniversary, specifically asked for a balcony room. Emailed to confirm and they replied promising a room with sea view and mountain view. Got there today 22 January the place is nothing like the internet pictures. To top it off they lead me to a room with NO BALCONY not even a window in the room. No bedding and the carpet was dirty. I asked the receptionist for the owners number and left. 2 min later I tried contacting the owner but her phone was switched off. Worst place ever, ruined my anniversary
