Very slow to refund your deposit. They claim that they refunded me on the 11th September 2022. I'm still waiting.

HORRIBLE customer service.. not the best cars either. Not my first or even second choice. Would only use them if I must. DISAPPOINTED to say the least

They delivered the rental car to my work place and the lady was very friendly, respectful and always smiling, very professional I really like her, her name is mosima, well mannered

Second time going there.  Got a car without booking in advance.  Very good service and willingness to help.

They're efficient, and collected and delivered their car on time. Still waiting for my refund though.
