Budget Car Rental @ Centurion Lake Hotel

It was an absolute nightmare. There were only two ladies helping with about seven people waiting. They were very professional, even when I told them how irritated I was. They then wanted to use the card I made the reserve payment from, but my limit was too low on the card. They absolutely refused to use another card and had me on the phone to my bank for an hour and a half. I was crying from frustration. I will never ever support them again, and I do not wish their service on my worst enemy.

First contact was not very nice, the woman that attended me seemed tired. Giving back the car was different though. The guy was very nice and friendly with me. But I didn't like to leave with the doubt of not knowing if I was going to get an extra charge...
