Excellent service.  Sales person JP went above and beyond expectations!

Utterly pathetic. Avoid at all costs. Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. Spent five days negotiating a deal, only for rep “JP” to renege by sms 4 minutes before arriving for the purchase, after he keeps us waiting for 1/2 hour.  These crooks shouldn’t be anywhere near the public.

Salesperson did not want to spare me time, he was working on his computer the whole time, so I went and bought my car elsewhere

I had such a good experience there. Jaco really help me a lot with my car purchase. What a smooth process. Definitely recommend people to go buy a car there . Lovely people working there.

I do not even know where to begin. The absolute worst service I have received from any company, ever! It literally took more than six weeks to finalise a deal. This after loads of false promises, lies, underdelivering and the list goes on. I would never in my life return here and will continue to warn everybody I possibly can to STAY AWAY from this place!

I’m usually very optimistic and praise people easily, but today at Avis Car Sales Centurion was devastating. The first sales person didn’t know where to find the car that was on their website, while an old lady that even didn’t work there pointed the car out. After the sales person stories contradict each other, which I experience not as truthful, I asked for another sales person. Even this person tried his best, but after telling me there is no 2017 models left, we still found easily 4 of them on the floor that was not sold. The last straw was giving a price for a car after I asked him the beginning to take a price list with him, he gave the wrong price, because after inspecting the car for 30 min and looked interested, he changed the price and told us that he made a mistake. Sorry people, but I cannot trust you, I rather drive a few kilometers further to Johannesburg or Pretoria. Never again!
