New to Durban! Hi, I just moved here from Cape Town after living there for 20 years and I've regularly been to a medical centre, because I'm often sick. I was worried I wouldn't be cared for here as well as I was there, but for nill! We moved here December 2022, my partner and I came down with respiratory infections and Dr. JUANITA is amazing. She prescribes medication consciously with care, one of the kindest and most considerate doctors I've ever had the pleasure of being cared by. She is comfortable to be around, so I highly recommend her for your visit here. The receptionists in front are also very lovely ladies
The fountain medical centre has an excellent Xray and Ultrasound facility called See Through Radiology X-Rays and Ultrasound @ Ultrasound Lab Fountain Medical Centre, Amanzimtoti. Amazing service.
Living in illovo beach for 2 years now I recently went to fountain medical center in winkelspruit in January and April 2022. Fantastic friendly helpful ladies at reception. I got an appointment easily and didn’t even wait a few minutes before seeing the doctor. I now have a super star doctor. Doctor Soni . What a wonderful caring doctor. Thank you for giving me the best care always.
Been there multiple times in an emergency and theres no one to help.very bad service from this so called medical centre.just get told sorry cant help you.
Sat there for over an hour and half while i watched people who came in after me go in before me
Unethical practice. They gave me an appointment as I said I was sick and am struggling to breathe. They proceeded to keep me waiting in the waiting room with other patients for an hour by which time I asked them to cancel my appointment so I could go home instead as I felt uncomfortable sitting in a room where I could be making others, including many elderly sick and was also starting to feel much worse myself from sitting there.
I came here with an emergency and just told straight " we only do bookings , the doctors are on lunch next free one is in 2.5 hours" ... Sickening for people who are supposed to save lives.
Luck to have these doctors rooms to see us here in our little town
I went there for a chest X-ray, no queue
Clean, helpful occupants, good service.
