Great service. It's not too big, so it's less overwhelming. Decent range of equipment to get a good workout.

Very basic gym, lacks basic equipment, no lat pulldown, no row and no smith machine. Equipment is bad and honestly if there was another gym in Franschhoek I would rather go there

Very friendly staff, clean. Do not expect the latest and most modern equipment but great for a workout, swim or a group training.

Staff really helpful and friendly. A good selection of equipment. Free weights, cardio and resistance equipment. It has a good looking lap pool for swimming only. The changing rooms are plush, spacious and inviting. They have 1 studio that is used for all if their classes. They have a small but adequate selection of classes. And surprisingly the other gym users are friendly too. I would definitely recommend it.

Makes one feel at home from the get-go. Friendly staff, great vibe. And if you're lucky you might meet up with Rueben Riffel on a Saturday morning

I have been training at the gym since 2010. Also teaching KARATE there on a Tuesday and Thursday. A well equipped gym that caters for almost every sporting activity. Biokinethisists and fitness trainers are available to help those who need them.

Facility had everything, really nice to get your workout done as a tourist in between the wine tastings ;

It’s very clean. Not very big but it’s spacious for what they have. The staff are helpful and friendly
