Galago Private Bush Lodge

We had a fantastic weekend at Galago. You are in the bush and hear hyenas and jackals calling through the night. We came meters away from a Impala herd and saw quite some other wild. I definitely recommend this place for everyone seeking a breakaway weekend in the bush. Wi-fi: We were provided uncapped wifi which is standard to the chalets

Peaceful little oasis in the bush. A variety of accommodation from bush camping, private ablution camping and chalets. Excellent amenities with jacuzzi, swimming pools and entertainment areas. Staff were friendly and very helpful - thank you Justice! Thanks Margeret and the dogs for the pop-in every morning.

We had a lovey stay. We brought an extra guest that initially booked but Margaret was understanding and went an extra mile to accommodate us and prepared an extra room. The stuff there was super friendly, always available when we needed him. Will most definitely tell friends about it. BUT the Jacuzzi was not warm, and if Margaret can just stop calling us 'you people' as it may sound offensive to some black people. She was too nice i couldn't tell her to her face but if she can just eliminate saying that.

What an amazing weekend we had at Galago Private Bush Lodge. Hospitality was fantastic, amenities was perfect, everything you need was there. An amazing venue at an amazingly affordable price. We enjoyed the quiteness the bush had to offer and the place is absolutely amazing. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home. Galago Private Bush Lodge will definitely see us again. My fiancé and I went down to this serene and peaceful lodge for a weekend away from our busy lives.From the reception right through our stay,the lodge manager Phillip along with his wife Diana who was all so lovely were visible and always checked on us and how our stay was.From the sparkling clean pool,the lapa and braai area we could make use of and enjoy our stay even more.The clean Chalet with its clean kitchen,crockery and its clean beds,blankets and its sparkling clean bathroom made us feel like we were at home so much so that we decided to STAY AN EXTRA DAY.I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a secluded private area too get away from the hectic worries of life.WE will definitely be going there again.

What an awesome camping site. Will recommend it to anybody. Ablution fascilities are wonderful. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. Thanks Phillip and Dianna for this wonder camping site. Highly recommended.
