Traveled with work for conference. Worst experience ever! From the time of organizing and booking. Nonchalant service. Arrived and they didn't have our details on hand. Requested some vegetarian meals they didn't deliver. Shuttle service was a mess. Not organized well. They moved us from a big conference room to a small dingy room that no air-conditioning. Terrible service really

The rooms are very neat and clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. And there are nice activities like quad bikes, game drives, and interaction with the elephants.Rooms: 5/5

Facilities are good. Breakfast all good. Currently having kitchen issues. Not all meals on menu are available. Meals take forever to be out of the kitchen. No alternative place to buy food when service is not there but have to just wait hours for pasta meal even when there are 5 tables. The hotel has Bicycle rentals to do sight seeing but unavailable due to lack of maintenance. The spar facility and gym are in good order, the bar area and service all good. Overall staff experience has been good.

Beautiful lodge close to Bela-Bela in the Limpopo province. Amazing wildlife that walks around freely. Friendly staff and the bungalows are massive.Service: 4/5
