Baobab Lodge

We stayed at Buyskop over NYE and boy what a treat. The service is amazing. Jan and his team are the best... We opted for B&B board and what a delight when we had brekkie delivered to our chalet. The staff are well trained, and very polite. My only suggestion is to have more information in the chalets about the actual lodge, reserve, hiking and self-drive routes on the property. All in all, I would strongly recommend the place.

I had am amazing time the accommodation was flawless. The visits from the well taken care of animals the friendly staff at the lodge. The peaceful scenery and Eco of nothing but the animal life was sensational and we will definitely recommend to friends and familyRooms: 5/5

The place is amazing, my son enjoyed seeing all the animals. But the people there need to do better with their communication, they need to be a lot nicer simple hi when sending a message they customers it is just common decency. Making people feel welcome. We were without electricity for almost an hour without any sort of communication. They could really do better on their customer relations.

Beautiful place, clean chalets, everything we needed was there. Security and cleaning staff are great people, unfortunately Jan is very racist, clearly Buyskop lodge was established for white elderly people. I will not recommend this places for any group that wants to have fun. We literally couldnt fo anything than comes and disturb. We cant enen talk and laugh. Believe me its crazy. He didn't refund me me money after checking out, the breakage deposit after nothing was broken.

Had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff and owners were very friendly. Had a delicious breakfast. They cater for any dietary needs. Felt safe with the friendly security walking around at night. Great service. Thank you. Will definitely come back again.

We checked in very late on Friday night last week. We stayed in chalets 5,6&7. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My special thanks goes to Ephraim I think he is security at the lodge, a very respectful person made sure we had memorable stay. He walked with us to see the animals, everytime he patrol our side he will stop and ask if there's any issues we encounter in our chalets. @Jan I was disappointed with the fact that we booked all three chalets with the sleeper couches but my suprice there was no curtains or blinds to cover the main door which made it difficult for us to use the sleeper couch.

Our stay was amazing we enjoyed every minute of it, the staff there were very friendly especially Macdonald. Everything was exactly the same as what we saw online, although one sleeper couch and one single were not in good condition, but overall we had an amazing stay. It would have been nice to meet Jan though.

It is a nice break away from the city a real peace and tranquility I loved everything about the place. The Spa was amazing I would definitely recommend it,, thanks Jan even though we couldn't meet with you personally . Regards Olefile Monye Olefile Monye

I don't even know where to start. We wished we could stay for longer, everything is organized starting from the kitchen there's all sorts of items one might need. They are all friendly and welcoming I'm talking about the owner and his staff members including the animals. I was there this past weekend, Thank you Jan and everyone Rooms: 5/5

We stayed in chalets 8&9.Enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The staff is soo friendly, of all the places I've been this is the one place I felt I can visit again. Jane effortlessly made us feel at home. If you are looking for a good rest and tranquility or a place to spend some quality time with family or friends, this is definitely a place to visit. Thank you so much Jan and Teresa for such a beautiful place.
