Bonwa Phala Game Reserve

We were there with my partner,Nthabiseng...the service was excellent,the food awesome! The overall service was top notch....we will definitely come with our extended family this time around. We had a phenomenal time. Take care..first class service to each and everyone...Jaco,Yvonne,Wayne,Rikus....Frans.....and all the ladies from the kitchen wow!!!!

I was there with friends and had a amazing weekend. We stayed in the bush- camp, fully equipped, very neat and clean, with a real wild nature atmosphere. The hosts , Awie and Sandra, welcomed us, were friendly and helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience. Also thanks to “ Casey “ and other assistants that made our stay something to remember Congratulations to the team and wish you a prosperous future, hope to be back soon

It was a lovely weekend away. Sandra met us with a lovely smile when we arrived. We felt so welcome. So peaceful and quiet with the animals roaming around our chalet. At night the sound of Jackals was heard. The food was delicious. The staff went out of there way to make our stay the best. Coreen was our barlady and so friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back for a nice relaxing weekend away!

Sandra was the utmost attentive hostess and KC always made sure that we are comfortable and our needs attended to. The kitchen and cleaning staff were super friendly and helpful, the food was divine. Thank you alk for making our stay a most memorable one.Rooms: 4/5

Unforgettable. We had a hunting trip. Our guides were professional and well trained. The hunting accommodation is well planned and comfortable. Having a warm shower is a bonus on cold days like we had. The slaughter facilities are clean and well organised. We really enjoyed our stay and will most certainly return next year.

We had a very pleasant stay at Bonwa Phala. Initially planned as a hunting weekend for dads and their sons, it turned into a family retreat. Beautiful area, comfortable lodging, tasty food. The perfect setting for a lovely weekend away from home. Close enough to Pretoria for a quick getaway.Rooms: 4/5

We spent an unforgettable week at Bonwa Phala Game Reserve. Our wonderful hosts, Avie & Sandra spoilt us outrageously. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and pandered to our every need. Delicious meals were served in the cosy dining room facing a warm fireplace. A superb midweek getaway left us well rested and contented. Thank you to all who made our visit so special.

The chalets were very neat and clean, perfect for a long weekend away with my parents. We had the most lovely food braaied by one of the cooks. On the game drive we saw gazelle, giraffes and zebra. There weren't as many animals for the size of the farm and we couldn't get access to see the lions. But our host was very sweet and helped us whenever we needed anything and overall very well priced for what you get. Thanks to the team.
