Great food and a wonderful time spent with the family. It was my mom's birthday and she had a blast. Thumbs up Grand Rapids SpurFood: 5/5
I had my sons birthday party there and the staff was super friendly. We also did not have to pay for cake storage, they had all the party goodies, gave us grace when we stayed longer than 2 hours and the children enjoyed themselves. The food was yummy, was surprised by the kiddies pizza it was lovely. Great management and awesome staff!
Service is good. Staff were very accommodating, and the play area was well enjoyed by my daughter and her friends. Had the Buffalo wings, and it tasted great. System was offline for the second time, so I could not redeem my vouchers on my card. Good overall experience.Food: 4/5

The service was quick, we got our food in no time. I was particularly impressed by their safety feature that ensures that kids don't leave the restaurant unattended
Friendly staff. There's no long wait for your meals whether it's breakfast or lunch. Lots of seating place aswell, you can sit inside or out on the deck either way your meal will be enjoyable. There's also a good play area for kids. Wheel chair access if required.
The cleaniness and style of the restaurant was very good. Maybe there should dividers between back to back seats . We had trainee looking after us. She was very pleasant but maybe a little more interaction with us after serving the meal. She did not check on us after serving our meal. The starter came with the meal. Our waitress should have informed us that whilst they do not have a liquor licence, we could bring our own drinks. Other patrons were buying their liquor from across the restaurant. An average service.
Typical Spur experience but they just seem to get better and better. The menu may not change but the standards are always maintained from time to time. Staff was friendly and fast ! Great value for money. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5

Excellent service, well done and I will certainly be coming again. Would also like to thank Gugu for her very kind assistance and manner in which she attended to us over the call and inside the restaurant. Also great service from Nelly. Well done done guys
