I'm actually here now, the manager keeps giving myself and the kids a certain kinda look, which I don't appreciate. I was gonna walk out, but my son loves it here.... and it's his birthday today.... worst experience ever. I'm feeling her coldness from across the roomService: 1/5

My favorite restaurant in East London. I visit at least once a week for numerous reasons: service, food and most importantly for the MUSIC. Their playlist is amazing. Best Pizza I've ever tasted in East London. Humble waiters. Guido's is your go to restaurant when you need an escape.Food: 5/5

Pizza was great, though it took forever to be ready. This was a quiet night with hardly 5 tables in the shop. Worst service as usual. You won my daughter's heart with ur gaming area. I love ur food but service always under par. You need to take time to train ur staff.

Bad experience and bad service. The pizza was mediocre and our waiter did not check on us at all after she brought our food. When I told the manager he shrugged it off. We won't ever go there again.

Worst lasagna ever no sauce it's dry pasta sheets cheese not even baked

Was there yesterday day .worst experience iv eva had . Guy brings me a hot coke no ice he was rude to us .my wife still wanted to order dessert and the bill was thrown at us .spoke to the Manger and ya nothing R400 down the drain been throwing up all night never will I go back there never . They do not even have the desensy to say sorry . He said he would call me to day still nothing

After finding this place 15 years ago when I moved here I have always found the food,service and staff to be amazing. Please keep up the good work and amazing pizzas and steakFood: 5/5
