Harries Pancakes, Dullstroom

Really enjoyed the experience. The Biltong and mozzarella pancake was delicious as was the cinnamon and milk tart custard pancake. You definitely cannot skip this restaurant when you visit Dullstroom.

The fire on a cold morning in Dullstroom was very welcoming. But the food was even better. We ordered two different pancakes and shared. Each bite was a taste sensation. Highly recommend the salmon/trout pancake and the chicken liver pancake.

Nice well laid out place. Waffles could be better. The Thai chicken curry pancake was like Indian curry chicken. Not really Thai flavors. The peppermint crisp pancake was difficult to decipher. Not quite sure what the filling was. Some kind of mint paste. The accompanying caramel sauce was very good. I kept eating fat by itself. The staff could smile a bit more.

They have a wide variety of sweet and savoury filled pancakes and although you only get a single pancake, the filling is more than sufficient to make it a meal on its own. They are worth a visit.

Lovely for a Sunday morning brunch. Unique pancake fillings. It gets real busy, but vibey, with a curio shop next door.Food: 5/5

The service was amazing. The staff was very friendly. We arrived just before 16:00 and they were already cleaning because they close at 16:45. I ordered the peppermint crisp crumble and caramel sauce pancake with a scoop of ice cream. It was nice but overwhelmingly sweet. I could not finish it. Overall would give the restaurant a 3 out of 5.

The fillings are good to very good. The pancakes themselves however are no good. Pancakes with fillings is street food in Eastern Europe and really, really good. Expected something similar. Not close.

Food is always delicious, unfortunately service was not great on our last visit, but will be back. Always LOVE their chicken liver and black pepper sauce pancake and for sweet the milk tart pancake Food: 5/5

Great stop on the way to Kruger National park. Service was fast, food was fresh and tasty. Local beer with a beautiful outside patio. We got the pork and peaches plus had a taste of the beef. Sauces were very nice. Picture is after I started eating.

First visit and hopefully not the last! There are 4 places around South Africa, but we visited the branch in Dullstroom. The menu was very good and there was a large selection of pancakes. Very delicious! Vegetarian options: Butternut with feta pancake! Sweet but very delicious!
