Spur Lydenburg

Enjoy taking kids to the play area on Sundays having a breakfast with the family. Last 2 months a blocked drain behind the building stinking up the place and flowing into the river. This needs to be fixed.

I've been to a lot of Spurs before but hai this one.. Maybe its because I was expecting the service to be the same across all provinces. We didn't know we had to show ourselves in and wait for a waiter to spot our table, so we stood by the door for a while. Food took a while and the coffee was cold.. Service was also flat..

Service is poor. Tablets were durty. We had to ask other employees to help us. Our waitress was see by us only twice the entire time we were there. Food was cold when it got there. It's like they don't care if you are sorted or not.Food: 2/5

Nothing to write home about. No soap in ladies or invalid toilets, staff had no idea what a poached egg is, left a complete learner serve us who had no clue about the menu, coffee cold and sub standard

Meal was okay. Steak done how I ordered it. The coffee however is something you guys should improve. Very weak and tasteless. Service needs to improve. Waitress just took ordered. And when I was done just brought me the bill. I wanted to ordered another soft drink as I did not enjoy the coffee. I made a statement to tell her that is she getting rid of me. She just smiled and walked away. Everytime I visit a spur why is the manager on duty always sitting at a table and so uninterested in customers.

Poor service. Waiter always missing. Nobody at reception. Took ages for a simple order. Tv's not even on. Left without eating. Would rather go to a local pub

Food was okay. Manager very unhelpful and unfriendly. Waitress can definitely be better trained in customer service as there was a total lack of knowledge of the menu and how to serve and communicate with the customers. The Manager contacted me and promised me that he would make work of it to train his staff and apologized for the unfriendly and unprofessional service that I had received from the assistant manager. I hope he will keep his promise but I do appreciate his call.
