Hout Bay Breeze

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and always willing to help. The view of Hout Bay was superb. Close to some of the best fish and chip restaurants. On Friday nights, there is a really awesome night market near by. The room we stayed in was very clean. Will definitely come back again.Rooms: 5/5

Very big and clean rooms. Needs some updating. Very noisy area but good noise insulation when you close the windows. Need some more secure parking

Beautiful view, friendly staff. Other than that I would not recommend this place, when booking it states free parking and when you arrive the four parking available are on a first come first serve basis, bearing in mind that it's closely located to a dodgey area. The carpets in the room had dirty spots on it and smelled old and mouldy. Towels had a damp smell and were creased, and they supply 1 ply toilet paper. Not worth the price charged per night, not up to standard at all.

We enjoyed our stay, views are beautiful and staff are friendly. We did have a couple of issues though: The bathroom door had run marks on the back of it, like something had been messed and was never cleaned Towels in the room were old and fraying and also smelt like they had not been dried properly. Only one light bulb in the ceiling worked - the bed lamps are not bright enough if you need more light For the cost per night, there should at least be 2 ply toilet paper, cheap 1ply is not great Lots of little things broken in the room - the closet is cheap and falling apart, taps in the bathroom are loose on the basins. Also the pool was not clean - maintenance is not kept up very well on the outside or inside of the building Issues with aircon on our second day - were given a fan for 34 degree heat Staff were difficult to find when having to report issues Litter lying around in the garden This could really be a lovely establishment if these issues were attended to properly

Fantastic view from our deck. Intelligent, professional and helpfull staff, who conjure up a very tasty breakfast in a convivial dining area. There is a functional covered Braai area and a well equipped kitchen. However.... The entrance to this area is through a poor community which is a few kilometers from the residence and on some nights the music and noise from this area may not suit everyone.

Loved it so much. Please be aware that you will struggle to find a uber or bolt there. But it is a amazing geusthouse. It makes up for the area. Amazing breakfast, amazing staff. Great views.

Excellent, well organized staff, nice location, great breakfast and great room! We had a nice time there and enjoyed our stay! The ocean view rooms are amazing! Good restaurants and nice beaches in walking distance.Rooms: 5/5

The place has fantastic views and the house is huge with everything modern, clean and very spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights there as a travelling couple. Could imagine a great spot for large groups sharing for great party nights!
