Life partners, Danie van der Heever & Janni van Staden, spent most of their lives working in creative industries and media. Janni is a Film Art Director, and Danie began his working life as a graphic designer, moving on to the music industry, managing artists, and finally producing Film. In 2015 they decided to move back to Cape Town, the city in which they were both born and bought and renovated a property in one of Cape Town's most beautiful neightbourhoods, Hout Bay. While close enough to Cape Town's CBD to enjoy what the city has to offer, Hout Bay surrounds it's own Atlantic seaboard bay and harbour, with the world famous Chapman's Peak in close proximity. Not only does Hout Bay offer some of the most beautiful surroundings in Cape Town, but also offers a wide range of tourist activities, for both the younger set as well as those who just want a relaxing break.
At Poseidon Guest House, Jann and Danie provide a personalised experience. At this stage the Guest House offers five suites, all with full bathrooms. Each room has been uniquely decorated, and provide all the expected services, including satellite television and WIFI.
