A should do attraction at the Waterfront. From outside a beautiful building. Inside, small but it is worth it to walk through, watch and linger for a while. In October 2020 under lockdown level 1 restrictions I got a lot of space due to less tourists; pity, on the othe hand.
Very small, not much too see, we were a bit disappointed to be honest.
It was a great idea, there were lots of models, but no real boats and there weren't many artifacts. It was very quiet and there were only 2 small rooms. But good quality for R25
Had to pay R20. To go in ,being local I skipped it.its models and pics and text about all shipping history in Cape town.since it's discovery.it would be real feel of true history.the drama.the hardships.very relevent I think.rate it a must see fo visitors .local and international.
Good enough. But small
Lovely models, but not very interactive. Certainly not a spot for younger children
Great ship model. Large library to research ships.
Interesting collection of info on ships that visited the Cape
