It has a poor service in such way that patients are being mistreated and shouted at, And also at admission also has workers with bad attitude and behavior towards patientssimply meaning stuff does not respect there descriptions . So I will not recommend people to go for health care in kalaflong hospital cause of there is where we lose our friends, families, Loved one due to that the hospital it's self does not respect its own citizens. This hospital it's not an emergency centre but it's a MONEY GENERATOR mechanism for its workers, meanwhile we are working so hard to pay tax.
Great service from Hospital Management Mr Given Makhuvele in the communications department was very helpful. I appreciated the service he gave me. Assisted me with getting information about my sister. Sadly we travel so far so to only be able to see the patient for 15 mins only and 1 person per patient.
Spiteful and rude doctors, lack of resources and weak service etiquette. I'm totally unhappy with the whole environment, the doctors prioritise some patients over others and have this tendency of becoming bitter towards you once you ask questions about "when are they going to attend to your matter" as if you're not supposed to. I've been admitted two weeks ago and I'm watching patients I had come before being put on the emergency list before me and every time I ask to be attended they tell me. I have a fractured arm and I haven't been attended to for theatre I'm not even sure if I'll ever be operated because it is healing by the day. Coming to think of it, this is how some patients end up dying at government hospitals because we don't know our rights. I'm really unpleased by everything going on in this environment!!!!
Sadly the Hospital is under staffed and over used. Staff do there best with limited resources. Thank you staff and drs for your dedication and care
If i could vhoice zero stars, i would do so. That's not a Hospital. Its someting between a taxirank, walkers a jail. BAD,BAD,BAD.
To the Gynae ward, and Dr Portia N and Dr Mnisi. All the nursing staff in the Gynae ward. Thank you for your excellent service. The hospital is always clean, the kind and friendly nursing staff, great doctors. Thank you.
The best government hospital I’ve been to thus far , the nurses at maternity ward 25 were friendly and helpful , the Doctors are very knowledgable, passionate , reassuring and responsible, I’d give the team 10 /10
I was in hospital after being food poisoned.was in unconscious for several days. The doctors are good. Rude nurses. Very slow admin staff. But one sharp lady at block 3.
Good doctors, rude nursing staff, rude security, no empathy with anybody. Apparent COVID rules but no social distancing, lot of people mulling about without masks.Pathetic. If I had the odd R100K my father in law would be lying dying in Unitas and not in Kalafong. What an undignified way to go.
