Useless hospital. Was involved in an accident with pains and I've been waiting here since 19:00. I even asked if they could transfer me to Unitas. They obviously refused. A government hospital is better than this. I asked for a blanket coz I'm not wearing warm. But they just look at me like I'm crazy. I don't ever want to come to this hospital. Pathetic service
My son was admitted on the 13 of December 2022 and released on the 19 of December 2022. I read the reviews and I was worried about their service but to my surprise what I have read on reviews is totally different I am happy about their service. I would like to thanks the PITS staff for taking good care of my boy, I highly appreciate your services. Modimo a be Lena, happy new year.
This is the worst hospital I have ever been too. I was in a car accident which the car rolled. I complained about my left arm having pins and needles and my shoulder and neck. They did a X-ray and gave me medication. They then discharged me and said I was fine to go. About 5 hours later went to another hospital as pain was too bad and was getting sick. Only to find out that a had a c7 factor and dislodged. I phoned the hospital to take it up with them and the doctor on duty and they could not be bothered. This hospital should not be a private hospital. Rather drive to another hospital than use them.
Worst hospital I've ever seen. My 10 year old brother was hit on the head by a large rock. We had to wait 2 hours before he could be attended, and when they did, they didn't even bother scanning him to see if there was any internal bleeding, instead they gave him a teaspoon of panado and dismissed him.
Netcare private hospital is mangaded like a public hospital. They have no respect for time. I came at 1:00 it's now 4:24 no doctor no electricity my nephew is having problems breathing don't waste your time seek help elsewhere this hospital is junk
Operatihg theatre staff was amazing , God bless you guys. It felt like I was experiencing heavenly treatment and care. Big up guys, you're awesome
I'm really disappointed in the service I received on the 29th of May 2022. I went to casualty with my son at 6 pm and left around 12:30 am that's a whole 6hour 30 minutes of endless waiting. During the time of waiting we had to pay a levy of round about R250. There we around 10 patients at the time I arrived and after waiting until 9pm I heard one parent saying they want a refund because they had been there since 3pm. The nurses explained that there was only 1 doctor of which I feel could have been enough seeing as when you go to a GP that's how many patients you can find. But the services is way better and shorter. We had to complain first before the doctor could attend us and when the doctor attended us he said he needed x-rays, for what I don't know? We then heard that most people were told that they needed x-rays which was surprising because how does everyone need an x-ray in order to be treated. At 12 pm we were called back to go to the rooms so that the doctor could see us with the results...we waited another 30 minutes before we could hear from him only to receive a prescription with no explanation of how the x-rays were, not even to receive the x-rays which we paid R55 for them. I left there extremely disappointed unimpressed by the service and I would not recommend anyone to visit this hospital under any circumstance.
The service here is just sooo bad, God knows how many hours one have to wait for a Dr to see you. For some moment I even thought I was in a clinic in a remote village
Bad private hospital indeed. Truly speaking Public Hospital outshines this Hospotal. What is PRIVATE about it?? We are 8 females, 4 in each ward and sharing a Toilet and bathroom. We also share a Toilet with Male Patients. Very disgusting. I arrived at Casualty at 18h20 and was taken to.my wars around 23h25. I regret why I came here and will never EVER set my feet in this dirty hospital. Shine Bochelo Private Hospital Shine.
12th August 2022,i was admitted at surgical ward to go for an epidural,, when I returned from Icu it was 3pm no nurse attended me, fine the drip was finished it started to be painful, I asked one of the nurses that the drip is painful they should please attend to it se agreed and she never came back,,, I ranged the bell still no one came I was dizzy due the fact that I didn't eat preparing for theater... An hour passed no one attended to me.. I then n decided I should leave is no one is willing to help.. Went to the receptionist she attended to the matter quickly and called the nursing manager whom she addressed me and referred me to medical ward the staff there were perfect, gave me food and regained my strength and attended to my drip.. To surgical department I understand that things can be hectic but communicate don't assume that we know... I'm a human being I know and understand
