I had such a great experience with Kia Randburg. The staff in general are so friendly and helpful. I was helped by Kay and she went above and beyond to ensure I left there with exactly what I wanted and was hoping for. I highly recommend going through her if you are looking at going the used car route. She made sure I left with the best possible demo model.
Thank you to Ashley Naidoo. He is the best car sales rep that I have come across. He is very professional. He listens to your requirements and not only did he meet our needs, but he managed to exceed our expectations. He is very accommodative and engaging. I appreciated the way that he kept updating us on the progress of the sale. He is truly awesome and knows how to look after his customers. My family and I appreciate the experience that he gave us during the sale of our first Kia. In my books he is quite an asset to Kia Randburg.
Had a good experience in that they did exactly what I asked and did not do anything without my permission. The service did take the whole day and I did end up getting there late after 5 because of traffic but the lovely lady waited for me to arrive so that I could fetch the car the same. It is also helpful that they have shuttle running in the mornings to drop you off where you need. The security guard was the friendliest person there and put a smile on my face when I arrived and when I left. My car was cleaned and felt new when I picked it up. Pricing also not too bad for a service, especially if you take your own parts which is what I did. Thank you Kia.
