We are from port Elizabeth and took a long weekend off in knysna. After a bad fall My wife was rushed to hospital on Thursday night by ER24. Perfect service. Then had anckle surgery the day after. Your team is like the perfect story. From the lady who answer the phone. The trauma unit and the caring sisters Well done .

Planned admission this morning. Every angle covered by administrators, surgical team and Nursing staff, kitchen cooks and orderlies. Physio tomorrow is only likely to accelerate my recovery. Professionals, every last one. If there was a 6th star, you'd get it.

Wow what an amazing staff at the Maternity word, on the 26th of July 2021 03h00am till 10h15 when my bby was born, I never felt like an outside they welcomed me and my wife. They are Caring, supportive and they work out of their hearts. Wish I had more words to describe the experience I had . But out of that Thank you Dr Seton and knysna life Maternity word staff you guys are the best, keep up the great work.

What an amazing experience. The staff are all outstanding. Caring and always there to help. What a contrast to Life Four-way in Johannesburg.

Extremely poor, have got Polmed medical aid and they want you to pay and claim from medical for emergency visit after hours as instructed by hospital manager!!!!!

I was treated with the utmost care. I was comfortable the whole time with friendly nurses. The environment was clean and orderly but nothing one can does about that hospital smell . After recovering or during, You can grab a bite at the café and the food is quite nice considering the reputation that hospital food has.

I would not recommend this hospital ,rather drive to George.Doctor who assisted us ,prescribed my 5year old medication not meant for children.Thank God for the Pharmacist who picked it up.

The service that I got from life and the staff was very good, they are a great working team together with the doctors, the sister in the maternity ward that worked with me ronelle, rene, zuki, charne, Helga, zwanda, renecia, Williams, louise, phumi, Angie,Ash, emmie, Lucy,linde you are the best thanks for your help support and the best care I got from you and all the doctor Dr Neser, Dr Seton Dr viljoen, Dr coetzer you help me to be as strong as I can be for my baby and made my worse days to be great, the love and care you gave me and my child for the 3 weeks was unforgettable, I really appreciate your hard work and support, keep it up, and may God bless you and keep you safe all the time. Friendly staff in the wards, radiology etc, however, I was not allowed to shower or bath due to H EEG. Nobody cared to help me wash for 3 days. I felt dirty and uncomfortable. Pre-authorization was never done and I was clearly told that the hospital will. Waited 1 hour at admissions for authorization.
