It's really heartbreaking to see the level of service, waiting for your folder, as I'm waiting over 2 hours with the line not moving I'm faced with the reality of poor service folders all over, not being filed away,shocking cleaniless too,
Friendly reception during an emergency experienced for my teenage son. Very quick customer service, neat environment,friendly Doctors n security personnel from the gate who gave directions in a very professional manner as it was my first visit. Thumbs up
Despite Uitenhage being a small outlining town, service at Uitenhage Provincial Hospital excellent.
One of the worst hospitals i have ever been to, bathrooms are unhygenic blood everywhere looks to have never been cleaned, rubbish everywhere, service is absolutely shocking, security locked me in a room for taking photos and didnt want me to go out till the photos have been deleted
I'm unhappy with they service today very unhappy...bad service or mybe Its because im black since this morning I was there from 6am until now 2pm

I've visited Uitenhage Provincial on Friday 08/10/2021 and once again have been proven right..I prefer you over and over again UPH and staff.The warm welcome and service rendered was absolutely so unlike South African Government institutions..Meaning the kind of treatment and faces and atmosphere you get when entering a government institution,be it a clinic,hospital, department of education or any other institution- it's like they are trained to act that way..As for UPH a big up for you..from the entrance to the exit..I am so happy to write this review.Keep it up guys we are proud of you
The staff, nurses and doctors in the childrens ward deserves a 5 rating. They went out of their way to assist us. As a parent you can be assure that your child is in the best hands.The ward is also neat and clean.
Friendly, caring and helpful staff. Waiting time is long but considering the large volumes of patients being attended to every day, the staff is really doing a good job. Thumbs up.
